The Blueprint
Every build starts here, no exceptions. We spend 60 to 90 minutes working through your vision piece by piece, and within a week you get a written build plan:
- What to build, and in what order
- The exact stack, tool by tool
- Which depth you need, and what it costs
- What you need to bring to make it work

A site that does real work: a store, bookings, a database, automations, and an admin panel you run yourself. All the moving parts of your business, built as one system.
Operation
from €8,500
An AI workflow that runs a real business process: LLMs working through multiple stages, with people signing off wherever judgment matters. It’s the same kind of system that has produced 400+ long-form articles.
Final scope and price are set in the Blueprint, before any build begins.
After the build
I don’t disappear after launch, and I don’t lock you into big retainers. Two ways to keep me around:

Call me when something needs doing. Flat hourly rate, no minimums.

Updates, monitoring, and small fixes, usually handled before you notice anything.
The process
Four steps. No surprises.

Intro call
You talk, I listen. Tell me what you want to build, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.

Zasnova
A working session, then a written build plan within a week: what to build, the stack, the cost, and what you need to provide.

Decision call
We go through the plan together, adjust what needs adjusting, and lock in scope and price.

Build
I build, and you see the progress every week. It takes as long as the plan says.
Usually 2 to 6 weeks from the first call to kickoff. Good decisions take time.
What I’m not
- Not a traditional dev shop. If your project needs classic software engineering, I’ll say so, point you to people I trust, and happily work alongside them.
- AI-first, end to end. No WordPress, no legacy stacks, no patching what should be replaced.
- No social media management. You get templates and best practices, but the creating and posting is up to you.
- No manual-only work. AI handles the tedious parts of every project; people keep the judgment calls.

A launch site for the book “Od kandidature do zmage” (From Candidacy to Victory). I designed and built it with Claude Code from the author’s own materials and put it on Cloudflare. It had one job: give the book a credible home and send buyers to the publisher. The author sold through her own channels and was happy with how the site turned out.

I built this site for a brick-and-mortar business the way sites were built before AI: WordPress, Divi, and custom visuals from an outside designer, all put together by hand. It’s still online, and it shows I know that world from the inside. It’s also why I left it: a build like this costs several times more than the same site does on my current stack.
